Lauren Horoszewski is an alumni of the Puppet Arts Program at the University of Connecticut, a unique curriculum and one of few puppet programs around the world. This week the university is hosting the Puppeteers of America and the National Puppetry Festival to celebrate 50 years of Puppetry at UConn. The week-long celebrations focus around the many talented alumni of the program, and co-creator Lauren was interviewed to speak to her experiences after graduating from the program.
